Avalir and Aeor really are on two entirely different ends of the spectrum for their flying city's vibes.

Zerxus's Tale in The Legend of Vox Machina Season 3, Episode 4, "Hell To Pay"

I do think Quay was outshined by at LEAST Patia if not more. The best party planner Had to get her red carpet moment.
Babe wake up new flying city just dropped
Did Maya Agrupnin write the original Himmelsschloss? This fairytale exists in Exandria. Someone in Exandria wrote this and they had obviously been to Avalir before it's destruction. It feels exactly like what a smart, creative girl charged with the safekeeping of an entire civilization's collection of Knowledge might create. To pass on awareness of the existence of that knowledge in code. To preserve some glimmer of the spirit of her childhood home in art.
The Queen and King are charming fairytale reinterpretations of Laerryn and Loquatius. The Noble Knight that gets corrupted by shadow is Zerxus, the Wise Advisor and Scholar is Patia. Little Sparrow lands in the middle of the Parade of Beasts, she sees the automatons, the Spell Kites, The Tree of Names, etc. Really the only possible authors of this fairytale are Cerrit, Maya, Kir or a close ally they made later on during the Calamity. There are other survivors of Avalir, but none with such specific knowledge. And how many were Eisfuura?
I wonder where Sparrow's Mountain is. Can we National Treasure this fairytale and find it? Perhaps it refers to the "Agrupnin Vault" we see in Divergence. I'd love to learn more about the Proto Cobalt Soul before Crokas turned them into nerd jocks, though Cerrit was also a nerd jock so really the vibe would probably be pretty similar.
