Twist and Shout was a store Imogen had grown quite accustomed to. Not only did she come to the store to buy records for herself, but she also found herself there for work related reasons. Some time during the last few months, one of the producers had struck up a partnership with the local record store. The partnership resulted in a number of new developments, such as recorded ads for the shop during commercial breaks, and exclusive deals for listeners. It also resulted in the promotion of the station as a whole at the store itself in the forms flyers, posters, and stickers. Imogen, as an assistant, often found herself at the store to deliver said advertisement. Today she was assisting the afternoon show when a manager asked her to deliver a package to the record store. So off Imogen went.
She didn’t mind visiting the store because she had actually come to like the owner. Avery was mean, had a sharp tongue, and had an apparent addiction to alcohol. She was exactly the kind of company Imogen liked to have. She was also a witch, which had Imogen’s mind wandering, considering the agenda Imogen’s had for the past month concerning the town’s coven. But outside of knowing she was a witch, Imogen didn’t know much about Avery and her stance on magic and witchcraft, so she was hesitant on broaching the subject out right. But with the dangerous situation the town was now in, Imogen knew she'd have to bring it up sooner or later if she wanted to know if it was worth the effort to try to recruit Avery, or if it was time to move on to the next witch. Entering the shop, Imogen scanned around before heading towards the back where she knew Avery’s office was when she didn’t spot the blonde anywhere. “Knock knock, got a new package for you.” Imogen announced as she walked in without knocking. “My bet is it’s stickers.”
