My roommate bought me Yoshis Story on their Switch so now excuse me while I avoid all my responsibilities for the next foreseeable future. Bye weenies 😌✌🏽
Rules: Post the names of all the files in your WIP folder, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous. Send me an ask with the title that most intrigues you and I'll post a little snippet of it or tell you something about it. And then tag as many people as you have WIPs.
(this may take a while)
55 WIPs under the cut, fair warning. I swiped this from @moonweaver30, but I dunno who to tag. I dropped off the face of Tumblr for a very long chunk of time, so now I don't really know much of anybody, or who still writes, or who still uses their account, or anything like that. If you want to be tagged, congrats, you're tagged?
Mostly I'm putting this up to try and shame myself into finishing some of these up eventually. Also, I have a few WIPs that are an entire prompt month thingie that I've only done a few of, but didn't put on the list. They are: Suptober; Word Of The Day 9-?; Just A Kiss; and Inktober drabbles. For anybody curious. Also didn't bother to put the file for my original novel, since I have next to nothing written for it (or even a title yet).
Not expecting any responses, but if you wanna, I have nothing but free time right now (wicked head cold/sinus infection, so my entire weekend plans consist of sleep, cough, blow nose, meds, repeat). Not that I usually have plans anyway... *shrugs*
I’m avoiding my math homework but
I feel like as I get older I start wanting things that are more and more basic; I used to want to get married and have a few kids and have a nice job that I enjoy but now I just want to experience the world, I want to travel all over the place and learn new cultures and languages. I don’t want kids and I probably won’t get married. I don’t want to have a set place where I live rather I want to use AirBnB or hotels as bases to jump from. I want to meet new people and see all the temples of every religion and go to the church of every religion too. I crave a life full of people who I’ll never forget but never see again, of experiences that no one else has had and never grow tired of living.
But I’m still in school and I have to do homework and listen to teachers who don’t care about what they’re teaching and see classmates who aren’t happy and listening to their wildest dreams consistently be wanting happiness and having a stable job so they can pay for an apartment and still be able to eat.
Our hopes for the future are so low. Boomers think that we’re ungrateful and undeserving but I don’t think they realize the future we see is a bleak one. Or maybe they just don’t care because they won’t be there for it.
The most frivolous thing anyone I know wants is to travel and experience life the way they should be able to. But no. We’re impolite and ungrateful and undeserving of the world we’re inheriting. The world you killed.
I don’t wanna do shit so going to finally watch the lord of the rings trilogy haha
Quick, someone go down on me so I don't have to go to work
My aesthetic is listening to Cavetown while blowing bubbles and avoiding my responsibilities.
