Name: Hamato Raphael (Raph) Splinterson
Age: 18
Pronouns: He/Him
Physical Appearance: Take the base model from the show. Now add the Kraang scar over his eye. He can’t see out of it. He wears an eyepatch over it. Raph doesn’t wear his mask anymore. He doesn’t wear any of his old gear anymore. He wears a sweatshirt and jeans, bought in the Hidden City. He’s kept the panic button as a bracelet, just in case.
Personality: Raph’s angry. Really angry. He’s angry at Splinter for abandoning them again, he’s angry at Donnie for— He’s angry at Mikey for refusing to stop trying to get Leo back. He’s angry at Leo for sacrificing himself. He’s angry at himself for making Leo think he had to. He’s angry at himself for abandoning the family, like Splinter did. But he doesn’t show the anger. He keeps it buried. He’s silent and goes to work, goes back to his apartment, and repeats it. He’s going insane. He’s going to snap soon.

Name: Hamato Michelangelo (Mikey) Splinterson
Age: 16
Pronouns: He/Him
Physical Appearance: Take the base model from the show. Now make his eyes bright orange, glowing just slightly. He has massive cracks leading all the way up to his shoulders, and compression gloves with blue sewn into the edges. The cracks are glowing orange just slightly too. His mask is slightly tattered. He wears a blue bandanna around his neck, and he’s added a unicorn sticker to his plastron. He also wears a cape now. As for his markings, he’s gained some on his face like freckles, and all his markings are constantly glowing slightly as well. He’s also grown hair (black) which he wears tied half back with blue.
Personality: Mikey’s subdued, but he’s still trying to smile. He and April are the most healed, but he went through a lot in the past year. He put himself through a lot in the past year. He blames himself for not getting Leo out soon enough, and for not keeping the family together. He lives in the lair, but spends most of his time at Draxum’s and Casey’s that he practically lives at those places. He’s healing. But no one’s saying he’s healing correctly.

Name: Hamato Donatello (Donnie) Splinterson
Age: 17
Pronouns: He/Him
Physical Appearance: Take the base model from the show. Now get ready to change it.
His eyes are red and blue, but dulled. Slightly foggy, but not in a way that makes you think he’s blind. Just muted, covered up. Like a connection that’s been severed.
He does not wear his mask anymore, so the eyebrows are gone. He wears his goggles, but they’re mostly just resting around his shoulders.
The main thing is his new exoskeleton. There’s one built into his battle shell, but sensory wise the battle shell is a bit much, so he doesn’t wear it as often. Imagine a full body exoskeleton, reaching from his hands to his feet to just above his tympana. Hence the lack of mask. It’s silver and sleek, he hasn’t gotten around to painting it yet. He doesn’t really have much intention to, since his focus has been entirely diverted towards Leo. The brace is required because of his time in the Technodrome. It had hooked up to his entire nervous system, and then he was forcefully ripped out of it. It basically destroyed his nerves. He’s not paralyzed, exactly, but that was only thanks to Draxum’s designs. He now suffers from constant tremors and weakness, and overall movement is extremely difficult and requires his full concentration. The exosuit is hooked up to his brain and nervous system, so movement is at the same speed as before.
(He is also very prone to seizures and his sensory issues have increased tenfold.)
It took him a whole year to build this, so it’s not as high quality as his usual tech, but it was the best he could do. With the suit, new designs are soon to come.
Personality: Donnie doesn’t talk much, anymore. He spends all day in his lab, which may sound normal, but it’s not. He never leaves. He never lets anyone in. He never any calls. Due to the incident just before his and Leo’s birthday, he agreed to make the door to the lab clear so the family could watch him. He lets CJ in sometimes. He still never talks. At least, he didn’t until Leo came back.

Name: Hamato Leonardo (Leo) Splinterson

Pronouns: He/Him
Physical Appearance: Take the base model from the show. Now make his eyes red and blue. Add some red stripes beneath his first ones, on his cheeks. His mask tails are a lot longer now, reaching to about his knees. He’s got more yellow striping, and his green skin tone has shifted a bit more onto the blue side. Not enough to be noticeable, but. It’s not exactly green, anymore.
Personality: He’s not cracking jokes as much, anymore. He’s mostly wandering around, wide eyed, staring at the mess that is his family. He didn’t think they’d ever be able to fall apart like this, but they did, and he’s the only one able to fix it. It’s a lot of weight to put on a 16 year old, but it’s alright. He’s used to pressure.

I’m not sure yet if there was an active relationship before the invasion, but there was definitely SOMETHING going on, and when she learns Leo came back and no one bothered to call her? Even Gentry knew before her, and no one has even MET Gentry yet.
Look, she’s gonna be PISSED and it’s gonna be so fun to write.
