When someone told her that there was a hotel room people were circulating through, Clare figured why not? Maybe there was something stronger than alcohol that could help her numb her feelings. What could a new year promise her? At this moment it felt rather dim and sure there was Axel, but his attention was all going to shift by the end of January. In the back of her mind she was already trying to figure out how to get to Vancouver. She didn't need any more disappointment even if his intentions were honest. As they opened the door, she kind of looked around before accidentally bumping into someone as she backed out of the way. "Shit sorry," she said turning around before noticing her dad. "For fucks sake. This is your hotel room isn't it?"
