Aw, it’s just an AU I have noodlin’ around in my brain~ Ravio is a merchant and Link is a disgraced samurai living in the Edo period of Japan. They team up when Zelda goes missing, and Hilda falls ill under a mysterious spell~
Here’s some random sketches and random comic pages I made around the idea:

i want all different zelda era's to have their own real life era au like Oot being in the 20's, SS in the 80's, Oh i want twilight princess somewhere in the 1800's!
HAHHAa I’m right there with you! I want to do it allll!!! And omg twilight 1800s would be amaaaaazeeee!!!
If only my hands were as fast and skilled as my stupid brain that thinks up this friggin’ stuff!
how old r u?
I’m 27 :) I think I’m one of the few ppl I know that absolutely loves getting older, every year is better than the next. I’m most excited to one day be in my mid 30s ahahaha
As someone who is striving to get better at their own art, you took time and explained inking to me in extreme detail! That to me is not only a great artist, but a great person! Your art and you are so sweet!
:D I hoped my tips helped!!
It touched me to hear you say that I’m a good person -I just love this community and love feeling that I can be ernest and honest with everyone that wants to talk to me!
Rupees I hope I can give you some constructive feedbacks but... to me your art is beautiful and I see nothing wrong in it... all I can say is I really love your art, keep it on, draw whatever that please yourself. I love you. (and Ravio)
:D thank you - this is really validating to me. Maybe I’m just in a total mental rut, but it is very uplifting and empowering to hear my work described as ‘beautiful” Hopefully I’ll be updating next week with more Ravio!! <3
I wish I could offer some constructive criticism, but I'm so far behind you in terms of skill I don't think I could say much! I will say though, you're one of my favorite people I follow!
Oh thank you for your kind words! I love hearing from you!!! :DDDD And I completely understand that feeling of being behind in terms of skill, many times I still struggle with it. There’s a healthiness to that sort of attitude, as long as it’s used as a tool to improve and not to be discouraged.
Sometimes (many times actually) you don’t need to be as good or better than someone to be in a position to give feedback! When I was in college, pursuing a graphic design degree, I knew several professors that I was honestly better than as a designer - but that didn’t take away from their critical eye and accurate honest feedback in critiquing student work. In fact, one my favorite design professors was honestly a teeeerrible designer (very dated amateur work) but he always gave the most critical and honest feedback on my work and really helped me take my portfolio to the next level.
So never feel that your skill as an artist is a barrier to the worth of your feedback and opinion! :) I know that I would never hold it against someone!
Tbh your art gives me hope because it's kind of an inbetween anime and comic style and it gives me a nice middle ground to work for, so thanks:) also you are really great with facial expressions and I love the way you do lighting fx. <3
Ah thank you so much!!! I’m really happy you can see more than just an anime influence to my style! Ugh and thank you thank you for the compliment on lighting- that’s definitely something I am super self-conscious about…
