𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐄 ── · · one of which the bunny - girl is known for. upon asking a question, there is no expectation for immediate answer — for aurora, her inquiry was not a tough one per se, but she has unlimited time & can wait until yone feels like speaking ; silence with him brings comfort.
it's immediate when a cigarette is lit that aurora hurries to open a window, letting in much needed fresh air. nose scrunches up when the smell of smoke reaches the girl's senses, but she doesn't complain ; stays by the windowsill instead, hopping a tiny bit just to sit there in comfort, legs dangling. she casts a silly looking shadow, and if it was a ghost, it would be a cute one — all of them are, for aurora ; poltergeists & wraiths not scary at all — just misunderstood and endearing in their own way.
“is it about rent?” aurora asks tilting her head a little, ears perked up when this idea pops in her mind. “i can ask them to chip in, or leave. they usually listen when approached with kindness.”
although at first the assumption could be viewed as silly, it's not ; it's the way aurora thinks about multiple options and doesn't except whatever could come to yone's mind — it is not asked with naivete, but with genuine consideration, even if the possibility of payment for housing a ghost is very slim.
