Allow me to deviate from the usual macabre posts and post a gastronomic photo which is just as decadent as Pieter Bruegel the Elder’s The Triumph of Death.

Foie gras ashes (just like those on Ash Wednesday) on country bread - orchestrated by the chefs at #Aziamendi restaurant. Their 3 Michelin stars are well-earned.

Later, a stiff drink for the vapid agony of contemporary living.
