As you can see from the previous photos, our neighbor Fran loves decorating the bookstore at Halloween. I am always deeply grateful to Fran, as she is a kind and decent person. I am slightly concerned, however, that she is spending too much time in the company of a writer who frequently visits the shop. (He strikes me as a character of questionable morals.) Last Halloween he sent a story to post on the blog. Apparently he has shared another story with Fran, and she is trying to persuade me that I should post it, and also that I should "reblog" the one he sent last year. Quite apart from the question of whether or not I should "reblog," I am not entirely certain that I know how. Sometimes I miss my old Amstrad.
