Ryan wondered if it was safe to assume that Sonic, in general, had no true fear of zone hopping and liked the exploration. He hadn't seen nearly so many alternates of anyone else.

As usual, his thoughts went back to his brother. He wondered, worriedly, if perhaps he'd fallen out of the zone and was lost, dimension hopping, searching for home... Or, as idiotic as it was, perhaps he was hopping on purpose.

He was such a moron sometimes.

His alternates had all been kind and friendly toward him. That didn't seem likely to change. Being such, he decided to approach...

So many of them though... He wondered how, in the end, he'd be able to straighten out which conversations he'd had with which Sonic. He was getting better at looking at them by their energy signatures; it helped...

...but they all looked very much the same. More or less, they acted like...

Well, Sonic.

Fortunately the one thing he didn't fear was forgetting which of them was his brother. He knew he'd know him when he saw him, and he knew he'd still remember what conversations had been theirs.

It could never hurt to be friendly, anyhow. He was more worried about accidentally discussing a previous conversation with the wrong alternate. There were a couple whom he didn't mind hanging out with beyond first meeting, and he didn't want to hurt them by making them feel like he equated them to the rest of their alternates...

"Hello..." He spoke up as he finally reached the blue hedgehog. "Are you here on a tour, or are you lost?"

Ending the call with her trusted partner over the radio, Rouge clipped the device elsewhere, acting as if nothing happened. She didn't intend in coming off as rude since the call seemed "important" to the winged foreign. It had been too long the last time the two conversed. 

"Thank you for being patient with me, sugars. Don't you all look so familiar to my eyes? I trust that you all know my name, yes?"
