I actually thought about that but it occurred to me … that might not be possible. I didn’t even figure it out until I was gif’ing and going through the episode but the doctor checks her head injury, where she got hit. If there was no scar or no evidence of that happening, he’d say something. So there was obviously some kind of mark, something that was at least congruent with the injury she got the night she went missing. So now I’m not so sure this is the introduction of a twin ~_~
