cloudyuphere: hello! this is cloudy ,just using my sister account for a moment and I was wondering ,are vampires able to use their powers even if it was day as long as they aren't in contact with the sun?like under a shadow or inside of a building ?

Clover's and Dimonds for sure cannot use thier powers in the day. Spade's and Heart's can probably (maybe in a little shade?) but even then their powers or dulled exceptionally well.
