It took awhile to actually be at college but in a few months most people settled down, including Dom. Managing to get a job at the coffee shop near campus was probably some miracle, but maybe they were desperate. Nevertheless, he wasn’t complaining, just do his job however he could and focus on school, might as well start saving up to pay back the debt. The weekend early mornings were usually the quietest time, the shop was usually dead until brunch time, and Dom really likes taking this shift and appreciate the silence while getting the coffee ready for the day. He had one of his reading materials sitting on the counter, reading it ever so often when he passed by it while prepping opening. The bell at the door rang but he didn’t really noticed until the customer stood around by the glass display of food. “Hey, welcome how can I help you?” Dom casually asked but as he lifted his head to properly greet to customer, he saw a familiar grinning face that’s been here at this time every week, it was hard to imagine anyone else coming in at the horrid timing. “Feel like trying something new today?” He suggested with a light shrugged.
