Here is a pretend handbill that I made back in college days. 2004 is when I signed it. We had to make a 2 color separation as the assignment. The teacher told me that it was “too complicated with all the half tones that it wouldn’t reproduce properly”. She gave me an “F”. I went over to the nice print shop around the block and told the guy at the front desk who happens to be talking to the owner. The owner is all about using my file to make “paper plates” to prove it would work just fine. Steve got an A+ since she couldn’t say anything. I told her it had been some time since she was a working artist and that technology had come a long way. I did agree it would be very hard to cut this out of red tape by hand.
