Opened up Google, typed inĀ āslothā, had some fun in MS paint. This oneās easier to look at if you zoom out, otherwise staring too long will probably give you a headache. Gave me one, anyway.

Quick painting from a photo I took visiting home for Christmas while I was on a walk with my dad. Promised it to him but Iām really bad about getting to the post office in a timely manner so Iāve still got it.
I wish Iād put the cliff and tree in the bottom left corner and left more of the sky visible, but I still like how this turned out okay. Itās pthalo green but my phone camera canāt pick up greens for shit so it looks off here compared to in person.
I had a similar digital drawing of this weird tree thing that never got finished, so I tried it here. Acrylic on bristol. The paper buckled way too much but enough thumbtacksāll fix anything. Pleasantly surprised by how well the brushstrokes on the sky turned out.
@grumpdargonĀ ās characterās pet noodle. Pencil/ballpoint pen. His face is fun.
First drawing Iād done in a long, long time, sometime last year. Pencil on paper, thereās those eyes again. Its face looks how my brain feels.
Iām honestly not sure when I did this one but I still like it so hereās a Bellsprout with those fucked up eyes I put on anything and everything if Iām not paying enough attention to catch myself.
This one is from high school. They told us to pick a song and paint it, so I used Remains of the DayĀ since that movie had just come out and I was still a really big Tim Burton nut. This was the concept sketch and Iāve redone this one time after time after time and never picked a background color that really worked for me. The red here looks alright but not Right. By the last time I painted this, the skeleton had gone from abstract to too realistic and kind of stiff-looking. Iāll upload the other versions if I can ever find the damn things.
