Ingredients: 2 beef patties. 4 slices of bacon. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup lettuce leaves. 1/4 cup tomato slices. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. On both sides, season the beef patties with salt and black pepper. Toast the bacon until it's crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Put the beef patties on the grill and cook them until they're done the way you like them. For medium-rare, this usually takes about 4 to 5 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, cover and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are golden brown while the patties are cooking. Put the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl and mix them together to make the bun sauce. Spread the burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a beef patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. Place two bacon slices on top of each patty. Then, add a tomato slice and some red onion slices. Put the other half of the bun on top. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
