This Bacon Wrapped Mushroom Cheeseburger with creamy guacamole is the best burger you'll ever eat. The bacon gives the cheeseburger a crispy edge, and the mushrooms make it taste more savory.
Ingredients: 4 beef burger patties. 8 slices of bacon. 1 cup of sliced mushrooms. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 2 avocados. 1 lime juiced. 1/2 red onion finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Wrap each burger patty with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks. Grill the bacon-wrapped patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the bacon is crispy and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness. While the burgers are grilling, saut the sliced mushrooms in a pan until they are tender and slightly browned. Set aside. In a bowl, mash the avocados and combine them with the lime juice, chopped red onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make guacamole. When the burgers are almost done, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they're lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of guacamole on the bottom bun, add a bacon-wrapped cheeseburger patty, top it with sauted mushrooms, and garnish with lettuce and tomato slices. Place the top bun on the burger, secure it with a toothpick if needed, and serve hot.
