Marriages in AVJverse are a big deal as any typical marriage. But recently in AVJverse, marriage is not an often occurrence, and so the concept of "quiet marriage" was made(which in 4thwall, i dont post anything bout it till its mention later theyre married, unless stated otherwise its a hypothetical or future scene). Its a simple formal matrimonial agreement between two assigned people. No ceremonies and are imposed by AVJverse itself. (I.e glasses and his wife)(ignore hobo-)

Ofc traditional wedding are still held(usually happens for in-story characters), only if the couple want to have them ceremonies and stuff.

(I know i said in this old post above that this scene is hypothetical but this is like the only thing I've drawn depicting a traditional wedding-)
