Our PLC-controlled bag filling machines – also bagging installations or baggers – are available as standard for bags with net weights of 1 to 5 kg and from 5 to 50 kg. We have a design for each bag type, separate bags, weather-sealed bag, lay flat tube or a combination. For 100% certain transport of the spread bag to the closing line we use a pick-up mechanism that takes the bag step-by-step from station to station. Various dosing units can be used depending on the product properties. Capacity: to 1,400 bags/hour.
