A year ago on our Baja Sur road trip, we ran into Chef Claudio in Mesquite at the La Mision Hotel in Loreto at the recommendation of @patijinich we had a marvelous pizza and an amazing frutti di mare pasta. The Chef opened up the restaurant just for the two of us and we rewarded him with his first glimpse of his video portion of Pati’s series (Season 7, Episode 6) Such great memories. We can’t wait to come back again but will likely fly rather than drive 14-15 hours from San Diego. Posing in the palms and soaking up he Baja sun! It's our last night South of the border and I can't believe how quick this trip has gone by. I'm even more in love with Mexico than ever and can't wait to post some AMAZING photos from the big camera. Staying on a little beach about an hour South of Ensenada tonight, we still have a few hours to get there. Then early rise for border crossing and HOME tomorrow!!
