Oh Man! Gluten-free pound cake - one is Walnut-chocolate chip and the other is Apricot-coconut. The apricot-coconut? I soaked dried apricots in a mix of orange juice and pear cordial (and for the fun of it - did the same with the coconut) - wow..... pretty tasty.
