Changes
– The rarity of some cards has been changed.
– The energy cost for the “Toll Road” card was reduced by 1.
– Card upgrade costs have been adjusted making the first upgrade of the card easier to achieve.
– Daily Deals pricing has been changed due to the card upgrade changes.
– The progression pacing in the higher Cities has been slowed down a bit.
