Derelict semi-detached late Victorian era villa, with missing balcony and a banged-up door to thin air, c.1884. The slightly larger one next door has been entirely stripped out and gutted for an über-lux internal rebuild, leaving only the original facade behind. As gentrification proceeds apace, this one will be next. Enmore.
