He was running like a bullet down the halls. Despite the harshly nailed rules at the wall, he ignored them. And he chased the child down with such a raging fury. A fury only I seem to understand and tame, but I do nothing but stare and wait. Wait for what might you ask? Wait for the moment to put an end to it. I let him run around the school three times. I'm not going to lie, I got bored and was falling asleep leaning up against the wall. Till I heard a loud thud and I was awoken. The child had fallen and was shaking, they were exausthed and desperate to find an escape. Having seven note books in hand I could tell he was at Baldi's last raging point. Enough suffering had this child gone through, and it is summer after all. So then I slowly decided to approach. Soon enough I started to see the tall, bald, cute man approach with nothing but hatred in his eyes and a wooden ruler in hand. The child pushed himself back in quavering fear looking at me with a begging expression.

"P-please....s-stop him"

I stood behind the child and he still did not stop. The predator was settled on who would be his pray. This was it and there I went. Taking a large step forward the child hoped to his feet at what happened before him. Baldi was an inch away from smacking him when he was caught in my embrace. And then I felt it, actually I heard it as well. I heard as the ruler smacked down at the hallway floor by him letting his tight grip go and soon I felt him shacking like an earthquake. Felt something wet at my shoulders, but based on what I was witnessing I am guessing he was tearing up.

"Prince.....p-....I am so sorry.....I am...s-so sorry"

He hugged me tight and now I could finally hear his wimpering. So I returned the gesture hoping this hug could somehow miraculously make him feel any better. From the corner of my eye I saw the child staring confused and then smirk. Now my cheeks turned a light pink turning to look at them with an arm still sround Baldi.

"Go home now kid, See you next year"

Yet the smirking and wide smile was still on their face. They began to moonwalk back raising their eyebrows suggestively and snapping their fingers at us. Then they were gone.....and it was just him and I.

"Baldi...what did the kid do?"

"He....got the last problem wrong"

"Again? Maybe change the question next year"

"But then how will the-"

I put my finger at his lips and his bright eyes stared curiously at me. His one hair doing some weird motion while his cheeks flushed red.

"Enough, summer is here...Wanna go get a smoothie to cool off?"

He bent down to pick up his ruler and hugged me once again. His action shocked me at first but then I only chuckled and began to walk an arm around him and both of his around me with his face resting close to my chest.

"Sure...Do you know the answer to my question?"

He stared with hopeful eyes and I nodded

"Of course Baldi its so simple! The answer is-
