Baldur's Gate 3, races and their genetics&fertility
This topic is not only about the game (and the characters) but also about the whole D&D lore in general.
I am not expert with D&D nor with BG3, but...so far...I know that elves live long and have lower fertility rate (not saying Astarion shoots blanks...that up to your headcanon), while goblins seem to have very high fertility rate. But what about tieflings, demons&cambios, halflings, and all other existing races?
How rare is to have/meet...say...half-tiefling half-elf? How about half-dwarf half-human? Does D&D and BG3 have some established rules about fertility rate and common&dominant genetics of each races?
