Growing up in the south side, family above all was something everyone took to heart. No matter how fucked up your family was - and for a most families it was very fucked up - you stood by them. That rang especially true with Amy, who loved her twin sister more than anything in the world. It was nice to have someone that was on her side no matter what, someone she could always count on and tell everything to. Amy had no idea what she would do without her sister, and never actually planned on finding out.
“Hey loser,” Amy grinned as she walked into their shared bedroom, happy to find her sister there. There had been plenty of times growing up where she wanted her own space, but most days she couldn’t be happier to have Gemma by her side. “Yev and I stole some pizza,” she added, explaining the large pizza box she was carrying around with her. “There’s some leftover if you want some.” Amy dropped the box on her sister’s bed before flopping down on her own, stretching out with a yawn. “So where were you tonight?” Amy asked, looking over at her sister with an eyebrow raised.
