Balter, the Hunt Pokèmon. "BALTER is controlled by its inescapable hunger, which brings it to target preys much bigger than it is in order to satiate it. It's known to target Trainers sometimes". 

Several years ago we had created an entire Fakemon evolution line inspired by a very specific character (guess who, pathetically easy challenge :D), and, now that Pokèmania strikes back, they're getting a loving revamp. Some time ago we had settled on a design for Baltiny, its first stage 'mon, so it's now time for its first evolution!
