Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas. 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in the melted butter until well combined. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until the batter is smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
