Chest super set- 4 sets of 15 for each 🔹Cable Flys- Take off the handles and focus on driving your elbows in. You should be trying to push your biceps against your chest. Keep your chest up and shoulders back. Don't worry about where your hands end up. I see too many people do this exercise but they just end up rounding their shoulders and clapping their hands like a seal. If your arms are bent and your hands are touching then you will lose tension on your chest. Take your time and squeeze! 🔹Banded Push ups- Same concept as the flys.
