if nothing else just date a non contact zoophile genuinely best decision ever of my life
honestly thats fair, I know like one or two people that are into what im into, it just so happens that 1. the people that are like that happen to be awful people for some reason? like I just have bad luck meeting other freaks 2. the guy I like is just not very freaky in general, like I love him romantically but I also want him to choke me out and I just dont think he'd be down for that *sigghhhh*
I have to find the right person eventually, I just think he should show up at my doorstep with a leash is the only problem
I hate how the backrooms has been wildly misinterpreted.
As a D1 backrooms fan and a being who has it as a hearthome it just makes me growl a lil :,)
the whole point of the backrooms is that its eerie and disturbing, it isn't "scary", its "creepy".
let me explain.
the original photo of the backrooms (level 0), was meant to give you the liminal space feeling. The liminal space feeling is meant to make you feel alone, and give you that existential dread.
the main appeal of the backrooms nowadays is the entities and adding new random things, but thats not what the backrooms really is or what it was meant to be as a horror concept.
youre meant to be alone, which is what's so terrifying to the human mind. you dont want to be alone, humans are social creatures.
there IS no entities.
nothing is chasing after you, youre just wandering through halls endlessly not knowing where you are and where (or if there is) an exit is.
don't get me wrong, I love all backrooms games (minus a couple, backroom loop im talking to you), theyre all fun regardless of whether they're accurate or not, buuuuut a lot of them would be more fun if they were geared towards the original concept.
