Voice tone is equally important in to score high band score in IELTS Speaking Test along with fluency in English
Majority of the discussions related to IELTS Speaking Test ends with the conclusion that in order to get a high band score in both IELTS Academic Speaking and IELTS General Speaking Test, you need to be a fluent English speaker. But is that always true? I think, No. Mere fluency cannot help a student to win this rat race.
