On the other hand, it does look, well, cool.” Thor started talking once Bruce entered the cabin. As if he was subconsciously trying to avoid other topics. They all went through a lot, there probably was a lot to discuss and yet the Thunderer was attempting to avoid responsibility as much as it was possible without causing harm. The crown was even heavier than he thought.

Yes, maybe he’s overtired and maybe he’s a little bit high on whatever meds they’ve been giving him since his little breakdown. But that doesn’t make it any less TRUE. Makes it maybe more true considering his filter is fairly nonexistent at the moment.  ❝ You’re one of my best friends, y’know. ❞  And then some.  ❝ Don’t disappear like that again, alright?      The ground shakes with the impact of every battered alien ship, tossed about as if they were but child play things. This does not unnerve her. Whilst any other man’s knees might have threatened to buckle with fear, her steps were slow and purposeful. Careful to avoid strewn debris, she stops just before him. She doesn’t even have to physically touch him to gain his attention. The cut glass blues of her gaze settle on his emeralds with nothing but compassionate and caring. Her faint soothing voice settled over the creature, practically an audible caress in and of itself. 

    “ Bruce.... baby you know me. It’s been a few months but you know me. Look into my eyes honey. I’m here. It’s okay. Your friends are fine, there aren’t any more enemies for Hulk to smash....let him rest. You’re probably so tired. Come home. ”

In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve

he internalizes it askldfjasdlfkjsadflasdf . and then becomes hell bent on improving what he needs to work on but he gets so WITHDRAWN but like it has to be criticism from people he really cares for because for the most part he’s like yeah ok and ? but even then he does take that to heart and tries to work it but a lot of it is just reinforcing stuff he already believes about himself and EAYSADFHADSF
