Don't worry just breathe hearing some tunes helps. But the important thing is rhat going is easy, when you come back is harder. Cause you'll be tired. I suggest taking a small glass regular coke (idk why but the smol ones on the glass presentation have like an extra cafeine boost) so you don't get tired. Good luck
