The bartenders from Bar 355 in Oakland, of whom, despite the photo, in actuality work pretty hard for the establishment's success. This doesn't nullify the fact that the place consistently attracts self-important assholes and hipster tourists. You can't miss them. The "specialty cocktail" scene continues to grow across US cities, as more and more rich hipsters become highly-fashionable traveling alcoholics.
