A YouTuber known as The Hick Critic has recently reviewed all of the classic MGM cartoons made between 1930-1967. Out of all the golden age cartoon studios, MGM is my 2nd favorite after Warner Bros, though there are times where they are equal. I saw most of these on Cartoon Network throughout the 90s/early 2000s and they have stuck with since in the same way Looney Tunes has. At their peak, Warner Bros. and MGM have some of the best slapstick ever put to film along with equally great music scores (thanks to Carl W. Stalling and Scott Bradley).
