BASE Spreads Across Engineering Colleges
BlackBerry Apps by Student Entrepreneurs (BASE), a joint initiative by Research In Motion and Rubus Labs was conducted at various Engineering colleges to give the students an opportunity to understand BlackBerry 10 platform; its strengths, the vision, and how students can make apps on the BlackBerry10 platform. This initiative also helped spark an interest on Entrepreneurship in the minds of the students, and made them aware of the wide range of opportunities available within an arm's reach.
The workshop was conducted to help and engage Engineering students of Kerala in development of BlackBerry Applications, giving them the initial lesson on app development on BlackBerry.
