BASH HAS TAKEN SEVERAL DAYS TO LET THE NEWS OF HIS PARENTS PROCESS, wondering where he should go from here. hearing that one of his closest friend’s father had killed the most important people in his life is the kind of news that makes the world turn upside down from underneath him, and with one piece of the puzzle found, it feels like there’s fifteen more pieces that are missing. two steps forward, one step back. and it’s only because bash is determined to find the rest of them that he asks dimitri to meet up with him, under the pretense of grabbing a drink. with their conversation ahead of them, he certainly needs the liquid courage. bash gives him a small nod when dimitri arrives, keeping his attention on the bar in front of him, watching the bartender polish glasses. he’s already halfway through his first drink. “ hey, man. how are you ? “ his voice is a little QUIETER than normal, though with bash it’s sometimes hard to tell. // @dimitriorlov

BASH IS A LITTLE AFRAID to end the silence between them. tilly’s presence in the room definitely keep the vibe up — at least for himself, since in reality all bash wanted to do was be left alone, not locked in a room with two other people. but when it was only dimitri and bash in the room, he found himself unable to stop the question from leaving his mouth, despite knowing it was going to open a floodgate into his own personal life : “ i thought you were staying at lou’s last night ? “ not accusatory, just CURIOUS… and a little concerned. // @dimitriorlov
