Summer is not complete without an Acai bowl. LIFE is not complete without an Acai bowl.
My first time to Basik Cafe in Kailua Kona was very tasty. They’ve been around since 2010...not sure where I’ve been. Their Acai bowls are really good. If you find yourself out in Kailua Kona, this is a fantastic place for a refreshing bite! They even opened up a shop in San Francisco!
Pictured above: Left: “Banyan” - rich and creamy blend of natural peanut butter, house made cashew milk and premium acai. Topped with diced almonds, hemp seeds, honey, granola and bee pollen.
Right: “The Drifter” - organic blend of raw cacao, acai and house made cashew milk, topped with granola, banana, cacao nibs, crushed almonds, fresh strawberries and drizzled with local honey.
