I pulled two Summer fredericks, one is neutral and the other is -atk +spd. Which should i go with? thanks!
Neutral, speed isn’t freddy's strongest suit so I’d go neutral though use +spd if you want him just for support functions.

+SPD -ATK would be my choice.
specifically with LD3, desperation, atk +3 seal and seashell+ (atk)
does bartre have any skills worth keeping? i can only think of fury but i often get Hinatas anyway that there's no need to waste feathers on him just for fury 3.
not really, hinata is preferred for fury. brash assault is decent but its useless now that we have it in seal form.
