About a year ago, I received a commission from Roel Salanga. He and his wife are obsessed with Batman & Catwoman, so it was no wonder they approached me with a blank sketch cover of Batman #50 (The wedding of Batman & Catwoman (SPOILER ALERT... almost)) • Roel messaged me right before Amazing Comic Con Aloha 2020 and explained how he hoped this would be finished at the con because he proposed to his wife in Paris last year on Valentine's Day and during their wedding, they even had Batman/Catwoman cake toppers, • So now I felt REALLY bad I sat on the comic so long. Originally I was just going to draw Batman & Catwoman, but decided to go a little extra and include the rogue's gallery of Batman's villains at the wedding reception and even threw in a cathedral with folliage...
