I’ve been struggling hard the past couple weeks
So I decided I need to change up my life. I’m getting back to basics. Going to focus on my beautiful baby rats!! 😍 I super cleaned yesterday and de-cluttered, and re arranged my room. I downloaded a goal tracker to my phone. The plan is to get back to excersizing 3 times a week, meditating every day, eating the good foods(quitting fucking bread), and drinking all the water. :) I’ve also made a money-saving plan too, gonna start small n build up to larger amounts. I need to keep these habits. When I abandon them, my brain just goes down a dark hole somewhere. Time to stop wallowing and get my ass in gear. 😈
