So, I've been MIA for a few days trying to help a battle-buddy with some major life crises. We've finally got him the help he needed.

I want to take a moment and remind everyone that you don't need to fight your internal battles alone. Friends and family are out there, reach out if you need to. And if you, don't know where to turn, call a crisis line, sometimes all it takes is one conversation.
