Slope Dub - Baukhol
It is somewhat paradoxical that Baukhol's reggae-infused "Slope Dub" was created in the overcast coastal town of Bergen, Norway. Prior to "Slope Dub", we had only known Theo Baukhol as an ambient and drone producer-- a style he abandons on his latest original in favor of a jazzy, dub direction. We definitely enjoy the old school touches of reggae, dub, and dancehall he's infused into "Slope Dub". For more of his ambient music, check out his 2011 Fluktrom EP right here.
