Hello MLB Fandom. Names Beetleblog, or Beetee, or BB. I'll take any of those names. I finally decided to sit down and try cranking out some pieces and story beats for my MLB AU simply known as "What Once Was Miraculous." It's a very heavily edited timeline au as well as a kwamiswap au. I took some ideas from scrapped Miraculous ideas and thought why not?
Slight heads up: My art style will likely shift/change since I can never settle on a set art style. I try but sometimes I integrate my influences on my sleeve. I'm also only working with an art app on my phone and my poor finger, so please cut me a little slack.
I also can't do comics. I've tried, but I'll certainly attempt some scenario drawings.
Now onto the premise!
Paris had two great heroes protecting them for years, the dynamic duo of Sir Scarab and Minoire. The two fought against the villain they only knew as Palinurus under the tutelage of their mentor Jade Turtle. Sadly after one terrible fight, Sir Scarab was unable to fight, and the Cat Miraculous was taken. Both heroes were sent into retirement by Master Fu, and now the old heroes must help find a new hero to best against a new threat somehow.
The old heroes decide to bestow the Ladybug Miraculous to a young boy named Adrien who then takes on the hero name of Rouge Bouge.
That's the idea so far! I'm working on Adrien's hero design as we speak. I do hope to expand this au some. Thanks for sparing some time and reading this!
