Well.... Nina and her brother COULD indeed be snowboarding with the Houghs and their family. As a family friendly thing. And mama Dobrev may actually have gone along. Why not? That doesn't mean that Nina's dating Derek. It just means she's hanging with friends. Last year she and her mom and bro went skiing with the Somerhalders in Idaho for Xmas. This year they go somewhere else. What's the big deal. So much drama over nothing.
