Korean BBQ Beef Meatballs Spicy Mayo Dip
The combination of the sweet tanginess of BBQ sauce, the smoky flavor of bacon, and the savory goodness of ground beef makes these BBQ Bacon Ice Tray Meatballs a delightful appetizer or snack. Ideal for your upcoming gathering or sports day!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices of bacon. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce for glazing. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Cut each bacon slice in half so that you have 16 smaller strips. Grease the cups of an ice tray with cooking spray. Take a small portion of the meat mixture and press it into one cup of the ice tray, forming a meatball. Repeat for all 16 cups. Wrap each meatball with a bacon strip, securing it around the meatball and tucking the ends underneath. Place the ice tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush them with the remaining 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce for extra flavor. Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to glaze the meatballs. Carefully remove the meatballs from the ice tray, and they're ready to serve.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped bacon, onion, parsley, and ground beef should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Make small meatballs on an ice tray and put them on the grill grate. Turn the meatballs over every so often on the grill for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through and have a nice char on the outside. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them. If you want to add even more flavor, you can brush more BBQ sauce on the meatballs before serving.
