𝐀𝐃𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐀 𝐖𝐀𝐒 proving to be more of a challenge than vittoria had expected. when people called her by her new name, she had to remember to answer. when asked where she was from, the answer that she gave had to be the cut and clear story that’d she’d been force fed over and over on the hours long plane ride. every thing about her childhood was erased and all she had left of her life was her mother and her vivid imagination. the latter was currently playing tricks on her mind as she settled into town, feeling as if she was seeing a familiar face everywhere that she went. the odds of someone that she knew was being in this barely-there blip on the map montana town was slim to none, so she brushed it off. until tonight. late night grocery runs had become a more and more frequent thing for tori as she realised just how heavily she underestimated having to cook for herself. strolling idly through the nearly empty aisles just minutes before closing, knowing every employee was only being polite because they had to, the town interloper searched out the items on her list.
