kirishima is EAGER to say the least. and he’d be lying if he said this year didn’t give him a bit of trouble in trying to find the perfect gift for his boyfriend. the word still filling him up with butterflies whenever it crossed his mind or tongue. the thought of continuing the theme of accessories crossed his mind, but beyond bracelets and gloves what could he do? rings, supplied his mind at the time, and it was quickly tossed out, face all the REDDER for it. no no no way! slow down!
that’s how he settles with getting bakugou an orange hiking pole and camping backpack. practical, yes. but he was sure to personalize them a little! the pole had the engraving of ‘explodo-kills’ and the backpack.... well the backpack had something inside. that something being a very particular lion plush.
and as soon as it strikes MIDNIGHT, kirishima’s knocking on bakugou’s door, grin wide and ready for the blonde once he opens up. careful to not hit bakugou with either of his gifts as he dives for a hug.
