sorry I'm so MIA but I've been rewatching Malcolm in the middle and a lot of the opinions I've seen online COUGH REDDIT COUGH r quite frankly just bizarre as in, quoting myself, "when The Boys in mitm do something genuinely illegal and terrible and everyone understands it's a sitcom and can giggle but when The Mom is yelling exaggeratedly suddenly this is a Serious Show and she's abusive and narcissistic and should die 🤨"
#like if you're genuinely judging actions on this show as you would real life#Lois would be like the LEAST WORST PERSON#anyways i am really enjoying it#malcolm in the middle#lois wilkerson#shes great genuinely#nobody in the show is perfect#and a lot of times when i am ?? at their actions its on bad WRITING#like u dont have to take every facet of canon as the gospel#you can reasonably understand when characters are being OOC surely#its ok to look at canon and say nah they wouldnt do that and move on#like damn#People will talk shit about lois in one sentence and then follow it up with how much they love Canonically Unrepentant School Bully Reese#LIKE HELLO#BE CONSISTENT AT LEAST#I love them all
