Perched high up on the dramatic cliffs just west of Beachy Head is the Belle Tout, a fabulous lighthouse that offers stupendous views of the lonesome Beachy Head lighthouse on the one side and the Seven Sisters white cliffs on the other. Luckily the weather was on my side during my hike from Beachy Head to Birling Gap. It's only a couple of miles involving some slopes, steps and uneven terrain in places. There's a fairly steep hill to walk up to reach the top of the coastal download, but worth it! 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Catch the 13X bus from Eastbourne heading for the coastal route. ______________________________________ #BeachyHead #Eastbourne #BeachyHeadLighthouse #Viewpoint #SevenSisters #SevenSistersCliffs #EastSussex #Sussex #England #Hiking #SussexLife #SouthDowns #Photography #Travel #VisitEngland #Landscape #Coast #Nature #BeachyHeadCliffs #WhiteCliffs #BirlingGap #VisitBritain #BritishSummer #NationalPark #VisitEastbourne #Adventure #OnLocation #ChalkCliffs #Hike #Seaside (at Beachy Head Lighthouse) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTAORJ5IHy6/?utm_medium=tumblr
